My Commitment – Connecting You to Federation’s Impact

I am thrilled to be the new Vice President of Financial Resource Development at The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington. Prior to this role, I was the President of the Edlavitch DCJCC and most recently served as Federation’s Vice President of Women’s Philanthropy, where I witnessed firsthand the incredible impact that dedicated donors like you can make in our community and overseas.

Earlier this year, I had the immense privilege to travel on a mission to Argentina and visit a Federation partner, an ORT school for Jewish education. It was in this moment that I not only saw our impact in action, but felt what we mean when we speak of global Jewish peoplehood. As we walked into the school, we were greeted not by American or Argentinian flags, but by the Israeli flag. The students and faculty saw us as their sisters, united by the Jewish state. It’s moments like these that make me proud to be a Federation donor and leader for the Jewish community.

In my new role, my goal is to ensure you have a chance to see the profound power of your generosity. Each donation is a vital piece of our collective efforts, and I am committed to making sure every gift is recognized for its significance and value.

I am excited to connect with you and explore how we can continue to work together to advance our mission. Your support is crucial, and I am here to ensure that you feel informed and connected to the difference your gift is making.

So keep an eye out for my emails, I look forward to sharing more stories with you. And, in the meantime, I will close by saying, “THANK YOU,” for all that you have done, and will continue to do for this community.

Warm regards,
Jill Granader
