Take Your Leadership to the NEXUS Level

NEXUS 2025 is a program designed to develop rising Jewish leaders in their 20s and 30s who seek to build community, explore their Jewish values and philanthropy, and gain exclusive access to Federation’s network of established community builders and resources.

Selection Process:
Candidates will submit their application through the NEXUS website and will be evaluated based on the level of thoroughness and thoughtfulness in their response to the application questions.

Selection priority for candidates who:

• Were actively recruited by a Federation staff member or NEXUS co-chairs
• Were nominated by one of Federation’s Next Gen lay leader or Board member
• Are currently employed by or involved with our partner agencies

NEXUS participants will walk away with a better understanding of what it means to be an inclusive leader in the Jewish community, the role Federation plays locally, the power of collective giving, and how to have hard conversations with their peers.

Session Dates

Programs are on Tuesdays from 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM unless otherwise noted.

The location of each session will vary, including site visits to partner agencies. These will be accessible by public transportation or coordinated by Federation staff. More information regarding location and transportation will be provided upon acceptance to the program.
