Mark Rasch is a computer security and privacy expert and a lawyer in Bethesda, Maryland and is the General Counsel of threat intelligence firm Unit 221B, and of-counsel to KJK law. He teaches and lectures on the social aspect of computers and computer technology, including data privacy and Artificial Intelligence, and advises companies on their data privacy and security obligations. While at the DOJ, he prosecuted some of the first computer hacking cases.
