The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington is a non-profit philanthropic organization dedicated to creating a vibrant and purposeful Jewish community. Federation cares for those in need, deepens engagement in Jewish life, and strengthens the bonds among Jews in the Washington area, in Israel, and around the world. Our primary functions are community planning and allocations, financial resource development, and leadership development.
Our Helpdesk Associates provide "first level" resolution to computer and telephony related issues for employees and affiliated clients; Delivers service with a high degree of customer service satisfaction, technical expertise and timeliness; and Coordinates problem calls with appropriate Technology Services Group area.
Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
timely/appropriate solutions for helpdesk tickets, weekly server & maintenance activities, deployments.
Requirements include:
Bachelors degree in computers/engineering or equivalent work experience in an IT role.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with staff at all levels.
